Refunds & Returns

We uphold a 7-day return policy, providing you with 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in the same condition as received: unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at customercare.szn@gmail.com. Upon acceptance of your return request, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to the provided address. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Claims for damaged products will be covered by USPS/UPS carrier insurance, and customers must file a claim through their respective website.

All damages are to be addressed via the selected carrier service, as agreed upon by the customer when utilizing our services.

If any product is returned due to damage, undamaged items will be refunded, and we will file a claim for the damaged product through the shipping carrier. Upon claim approval, the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as seasonal, limited edition, international drinks, and snacks are purchased at the customer's discretion. Customers are aware that due to limited availability and import timelines, these items might not guarantee specific expiration periods. In most cases, these items might be available at a discounted price if expired or past their best-by date.

Exchanges

The quickest way to acquire your desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancellations

Directly contact us for canceling pending orders. If the order has left our facility, we are unable to cancel or refund it.
